University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) library hosted a webinar titled Shaping Library Services in the Post-pandemic era: service science context on 1 December 2020.Dr Md. Mukhlesur Rahman, Researcher at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan conducted the session.
The presenter focused on service science from a social engineering point of view. The session was successful in describing different issues to handle complex systems as well as directs how service systems interact and evolve to improve the circumstance compared to other systems with a specific focus on organizational restructuring, changing service management approach, integrating technologies in the service process and innovation, etc.
