Inaugural ceremony of “the library and office management” held

An inaugural ceremony of “the library and office management” was held on January 17, 2021, at Department of Public Libraries, Dhaka.

The event was the part of a four-day-long training and the annual performance agreement for the employees. Mr Abubakar Siddique, additional secretary and director general of Department of Public Libraries chaired the inauguration ceremony while Mr Md. Abdul Mannan Ilias, additional secretary of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, was present as the chief guest.

Mr Tapan Kumar Biswas, joint secretary and director, administration and accounts; Mr Abdullahel Baki joint secretary and director, library development and ICT, and some other Public Library officials were present in the event.
