Promotion News: Three Library Staff have been promoted to new positions

Three library professionals of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University namely, Md. Shofiullah Akand, Md. Kamim Shahriar and Bandana Roy, have been promoted to their new positions.

Md. Shofiullah Akand has been promoted to Additional Librarian. He completed his Master Degree in Information Science and Library Management.

Md. Kamim Shahriar has been promoted to Deputy Librarian. He received his Master Degree in Information Science and Library Management.

Bandana Roy has been promoted to Documentation Officer. She completed her Honours and Master’s Degree in Information Science and Library Management, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Prior to their promotion, Mr Akand worked as Deputy Librarian, Mr Shahriar worked as Assistant Librarian and Ms Roy worked as Senior Library Assistant in the SAU library respectively.

Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University Library is enriching its digital resources and modern library services for students and faculty members with modern technologies day-by-day.
