“Students of the UIU will now have access to all information on our History, Culture and Liberation War’’- said Vice-chancellor of UIU.


UIU library has established a unique ‘Bangladesh History, Culture and Liberation War’ corner very recently. Vice-chancellor of UIU Prof. Dr Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman inaugurated Bangladesh history, culture and liberation war corner at the UIU library on 15 October 2018.

Vice-chancellor of UIU was the chief guest while Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr Hasnan Ahmed was the special guest in the opening ceremony.

Staff, faculty members, and students from UIU were also present in the inauguration ceremony. The corner was enriched with Books, Maps, Audio-visual materials, documents etc. about the Liberation War in Bangladesh.
