Nawshaba Bulia receives the Vice-Chancellor’s Award (Gold Medal)

Ms Nawshaba Bulia has been awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Award (Gold Medal) under National University on 10 February 2021 for her excellent academic result in Bachelor of Arts degree in the Department of Information Science and Library Management at Lalmatia Mohila College. 

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni distributed the Vice-Chancellor’s award and prize money to the students in a video conference through zoom conference. 

Deputy Minister for Education Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, University Grant Commission Chairman Professor Dr Kazi Shahidullah, Education Secretary  Md Mahbub Hossain and Director General of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Department Professor Dr Syed Mohammad Golam Faruque attended the event as special guests. 

“The Vice-Chancellor Award or gold medal which is being awarded for the first time since the establishment of the university in 1992.

Earlier Ms Nawshaba Bulia was awarded Dr Sufia Rahman Gold Medal Award for her Bachelor of Arts degree in the ISLM Department on the same result from National University, Lalmatia Mohila College. She was also awarded Secondary School Certificate-2010 medal from Govt. Mohammadpur Model School and College on her excellence academic result.
